A-Level art students visit the V&A Museum

Last week, the art teacher Marina took one of the A-Level art groups to the V&A, the world's largest museum of decorative arts and design. The students initially enjoyed wandering around the sculptures in the Renaissance section taking photographs. They then moved on to the Japan section where they spent a considerable amount of time.

The aim of the trip was to gain some new ideas for their component two exam preparation, so they spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the many rooms and exhibits.
